Greg Paulsen joined Vormetric in 2008 to use his considerable skills in finance, business development and organizational leadership to help take the company to the next level. As CFO, he has been a principal player in the company's fundraising activities as well as guiding the company to profitability for the past four consecutive years of accelerating growth.
Immediately prior to joining Vormetric, Paulsen spent over two years as CFO and vice president of operations at Presto Services, a consumer product and service business. He also spent six years in executive leadership roles at Intuit, most recently as a divisional senior director of finance, where he provided financial leadership and business consulting to grow and improve the operations of businesses in enterprise software, payment processing, and web services industries. Additionally, Paulsen served as Intuit's vice president of corporate development, working with many of the company's businesses on their growth strategies and executing a variety of strategic transactions. Prior to Intuit, he spent several years at LSI Logic and PricewaterhouseCoopers in a variety of finance and consulting roles. Paulsen is a Certified Public Accountant who has an MSCE degree specializing in materials science from the University of Nevada at Reno and an MBA from Stanford University.
