Alan Kessler became the CEO of Thales e-Security following its acquisition of Vormetric. At Thales e-Security, Kessler is responsible for leading a world-class team of data security professionals in its mission to be the undisputed leader in data protection and digital trust management. Kessler joined Vormetric in 2012 because he firmly believed the company had the potential to be a data security front runner. During his tenure, Kessler accelerated Vormetric’s business momentum by expanding the company’s global footprint, targeting untapped market opportunities and achieving operational excellence.
Ashvin Kamaraju joined Vormetric in 2010 to lead the product development organization as well as the partner management, strategic alliances and business development functions for technology strategy and product development. He is an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record in enterprise software development, product strategy, product management and business development.
C.J. Radford (@cjrad; email@example.com) joined Vormetric in March 2013 as vice president of cloud and is responsible for leading the company's cloud strategy and growth via strategic partnerships with cloud service providers (CSPs).
Greg Paulsen joined Vormetric in 2008 to use his considerable skills in finance, business development and organizational leadership to help take the company to the next level. As CFO, he has been a principal player in the company's fundraising activities as well as guiding the company to profitability for the past four consecutive years of accelerating growth.
Sol Cates (@solcates) is the Chief Security Officer at Vormetric. As CSO, he is tasked for ensuring Vormetric’s internal security profile remains robust, while maintaining a strong pulse on the technical and business decision making process in today’s IT/IS organizations. Cates partners with teams throughout the company and the industry to engage with both customers and partners. He is sought after to speak publicly to elevate industry understanding of data security best practices in today’s complex cyber threat landscape.
Stephen Driggers joined Vormetric in January 2014. As VP of Global Sales, he is further accelerating Vormetric’s business momentum by expanding the company’s global footprint, leveraging our Partner community and helping customers mitigate business risk across physical, virtual and cloud environments.
Susan Leonard joined Vormetric in May, 2015, and is responsible for all functions related to our most important asset- our people. Susan is a seasoned HR veteran with nearly 25 years of experience working with technology companies throughout the Bay Area.
Tina Stewart (@SocialTIS) joined Vormetric in January 2012. As head of marketing, she has enhanced Vormetric’s go-to-market strategy, up-leveled the company’s messaging platform and spearheaded global branding efforts across analog and digital channels. Her marketing initiatives are direct contributors to Vormetric’s rapid revenue growth and its growing share of voice in the industry.
Derek Tumulak (@Tumulak) joined the company in June 2012 because he felt Vormetric was the best place for him to leverage the product management and engineering expertise he’d amassed over 15 years in the information security industry. As head of the product management organization, Tumulak is responsible for product direction and strategy, working closely with Vormetric’s enterprise, government and cloud service provider customers to develop and deliver products that meet their data security needs in the face of a rapidly intensifying threat landscape and the corporate mandate to leverage cloud technologies.
Frank Tycksen joined Vormetric in October 2011 as senior director of professional services and was recently appointed to the role of vice president of customer success, where he is leading Vormetric’s professional services, technical support and education teams. Key initiatives Tycksen has led at Vormetric include standardizing the company’s service delivery model, formalizing best practices and procedural documentation, and creating a customer training program.
